We start by discussing your application and what you are considering, with an online consultation if needed. We then welcome overseas businesses and buyers who would like to visit tea-growing regions, see production and storage conditions, and taste our matcha firsthand. Visits are by appointment only.
Our Approach

We welcome site visits from overseas businesses and buyers by appointment only. Please contact us before traveling to Japan.

We plan each visit around your objectives, timing, group size, and the topics you would like to explore. Visits can combine tea fields, meetings with growers, production facilities, storage areas, tastings, and business discussions.

Availability varies with the harvest season and growers’ schedules, so not every grower or facility can be visited at all times. We’ll recommend a suitable itinerary based on your timing and interests.

What You Can See
See firsthand what we have shared through our materials and samples: where the tea is grown and who grows it, how we assess tea quality, and the conditions in which it is produced and stored. Each can help inform your sourcing decision.
