Storage
Light and moisture are the main causes of matcha deterioration. Keep matcha tightly sealed and away from light.
If you plan to use the matcha soon, we recommend keeping it tightly sealed in the refrigerator.
We recommend storing matcha in the freezer for longer periods. Let it come to room temperature before opening to prevent condensation.
To preserve its flavor, use the matcha as soon as possible after opening.
