[Kanehachi] always strives to maintain strict quality control in order to provide genuine tea with a fresh and aromatic flavor to everyone.In addition to strict quality checks based on the years of experience of producers and Japanese tea instructors, we also conduct tea component analysis. We carry out double quality checks using skilled techniques and objective data, making full use of machines.
In addition to daily quality and hygiene checks at the head office and each factory, we also regularly hold our own safety committee and hygiene seminars taught by outside instructors to establish a high-level management system and maintain and improve quality. All employees are working together as one.
In addition, we are working on quality control by strengthening the foreign object inspection process (metal detectors and visual inspection workplaces), creating hygiene control manuals, and installing air showers and roller hanging systems.
