History of Kanehachichaen, founded in 1894 (Meiji 27)
1894
Founded in Anzai 4-chome, Shizuoka City by the first generation, Hatsujiro Suzuki.
1914
Along with the first generation, Hatsujiro Suzuki, the second generation, Kamekichi Suzuki, entered the path.
1943
Temporarily closed due to the controlled economy caused by World War II.
1946
After the end of the war, the business was resumed by the second generation Kamekichi Suzuki and the third generation Hiroshi Suzuki.
1956
Established a tea wholesaler ``Kanehachi Suzuki Shoten Limited Partnership'' by the second generation Kamekichi Suzuki with capital of 2.5 million yen (incorporated)
October Anzai refrigerator constructed to maintain and improve tea quality
1967
Tamachi Refrigerator Construction
1972
Renovated the head office and factory at 130 Kitabancho, Shizuoka City.
1980
The third generation, Hiroshi Suzuki, was appointed as president (the second generation, Kamekichi, was appointed as chairman)
1982
Expanded fully automatic large refrigerator at 150 Kitabancho, Shizuoka City, and built a factory exclusively for tea bagging.
2002
The fourth generation, Atsushi Suzuki, was appointed as president (the third generation, Hiroshi, was appointed as chairman)
